It doesn’t matter who we are, we all need a hobby. For many of us, we choose to care for our pets as a loving hobby but we may also do other things that are associated with those animals as well.

That includes what a woman named Leslie Allison-Seei tried to do in September 2021.

She was attempting to break the world record for holding the largest dog wedding but came up 99 fur-couples short.

It seems as if she got the bug after her own German Shepherd, Cleo, was married to a golden retriever, Buddy.

She absolutely loved the idea and wanted to see it happen more often.

In order to break the world record from 2007, she would have to have at least 179 dog couples.

Even though she fell short of the mark, she was still able to raise a lot of money for our furry friends and the adoption event was a success.

Not one to be quickly shaken from her desire, Leslie plans on holding an additional event next year and hopes to have at least 1000 dogs attend.
