Today marks the last of the Open Arms Challenge Huddles! We hope you were able to join us! We are very excited to kick off the Challenge in just a couple of weeks! That said, even if you are not participating in the Challenge, you surely can benefit from our inspirational speakers. With speakers from both shelter and rescue organizations, it’s clear we are all striving to the same goal of helping pets and people.

All 11 Huddles are available for viewing (with the last of the Huddles to be uploaded later today) on Maddie’s^® Pet Forum via the Open Arms Challenge Group (if you are not already a member, you will need to join this group to access the recordings).

The purpose of the Huddles was to help organizations look at their policies and programs to see how they can become even more open and inclusive to those in their community. Whether it’s forming strong and positive relationships between shelter and rescue organizations or how to be open to new ideas or simply offering marketing materials in multiple languages, the sky is the limit when we collaborate and see the good in people.
