As a dog owner, I know just how attention-hungry dogs can be.
In fact, my two dogs regularly compete for attention, especially when in the car.
You would think that they would want to stick their heads out of the window and feel the breeze, right? Not these dogs, that is for sure.
It seems we’re not alone as a video has surfaced showing two dogs battling it out for the middle seat – the position that would earn them the most attention and pets.

For some, it may be a simple car ride, but for Cash and Ottis, it’s a matter of much greater importance. In the video, the caption reads, “Cash and Otis do this every time they go on a car ride. It’s always like this when they can’t decide who called shotgun first!”
Anyone who has ever had to fight to keep their dog from wandering into the front seat on a car ride can definitely relate to this. They can be relentless at times!
