The news out of Texas was unexpected this past week. There was an emergency due to cold weather and power outages that left many people in the dark and, in some cases, struggling to survive. In fact, dozens of people are thought to have died as a result of the cold weather and power outages.

As it turns out, animals also suffered as a result of the cold snap and many farmers were quick to do what they could to help them survive. That is especially true of smaller farms that don’t have the means to heat the barn, so they decided to bring the animals inside their home.

What do you get when you bring farm animals into the house? You get fodder for some of the most adorable social media posts that have hit our screen in 2021. This includes someone on Twitter that posted pictures of chickens camping out in the living room.
