Although it’s sad that Luna was unwanted, things were about to change for the better.

Sidewalk Specials brought Luna to their vet, who diagnosed her with mange and tick bite fever. She received the necessary treatment, and before long, her white fur began to grow back in.

Today, Luna looks like a whole different dog. She has beautiful fluffy hair and always has a smile on her face. At one point, she had given up, but now she has all the confidence in the world.

Sidewalk Specials promised Luna that once she was healthy again, they’d find her the perfect forever home, and they kept their promise!

It didn’t take long for Luna to find a loving family who wanted her. Her new family consists of several other rescue dogs who she gets along great with. One of them is a Husky like her, and she even has a new cat sibling.

Luna’s favorite thing is going for her daily walks with her mom and snuggling up with her on the couch afterwards. She also enjoys sledding on the beach with other huskies.
