Welcoming a dog into the family takes a lot of work, patience, and love. Some dog breeds require special care, too, either for their high-need personalities, grooming, or medical needs.
Double-coated dogs, for instance, require a bit more grooming than some other breeds.
Their coats should be de-shed seasonally to keep them comfortable, happy, and healthy. It seems like a simple thing, but the process can be quite messy!

Akino the husky went to his groomer like usual, and the groomer decided to share the process with ViralHog.
In the video, you can see Akino getting his regular de-shedding, which he does every 4-6 months.
The groomer said, “He is a sweetheart that loves the process.”

In the clip, you can see Akino getting “step one of a de-shed process, which consists of 8 step process.” That’s a lot of steps!
As the de-shedding begins, Akino’s fur fills the room with a flurry of fluff. It’s quite something!

Many dogs, especially huskies, don’t appreciate being groomed. Akino, however, seems to enjoy the process! He simply stands there with his tongue out. It’s as if he doesn’t have a care in the world!
