Coco the 8-year-old poodle mix doesn’t live like your typical lap dog. She lives like a queen.
According to the New York Post, the pup boasts a $75,000 wardrobe complete with designer pieces from brands like Louis Vuitton, Valentino, and Tiffany & Co.
Coco lives in Sydney, Australia with her owners, 32-year-old insurance adjuster Alina Michaels and her husband, 39-year-old Sarmen. They do their absolute best to spoil Coco and give her all of the most glamorous things in life.
Michaels and Sarmen have purchased over 500 items for the dog’s wardrobe, such as dresses, jumpers, harnesses, necklaces, and other accessories. She boasts a Tiffany & Co. collar worth over $400, a bathrobe from Versace that’s worth nearly $200, and a Gucci bowtie. She’s also got dow bowls from Tiffany & Co., and a pink toy Lamborgini.
With so much glamour in her life, it only makes sense that Coco has an Instagram account where she shows off her designer outfits and lavish lifestyle.
It’s not just clothes and items that Coco is spoiled with either. Each year, her parents throw her a giant birthday bash.
According to the New York Post, they spend around $5,200 on the festivities!
On average, they spend an estimated $520 per month on treating their pup Coco to treats, toys, and clothes.
In an interview with Carters News, Michaels said: “Coco is my fur baby; she deserves the world. I’ve spent thousands at this point, but I just love dressing her in clothing items that I love. Although I go overboard with my dog, from her parties to her wardrobe, I feel as though I spend no more than a parent would. I’d love to have kids down the road, but right now, I’ve got a bossy little fur baby that’s got me wrapped around her paw.”
I don’t know any people spending $75,000 on designer clothing for their children, but we’re glad Michaels is happy with her decision to spend so much on her dog’s aesthetic!
