If you spend much time on social media, you’ve probably seen quite a few trends circulating that involve pets.

Some of them are problematic trends that put the animal at risk, but others are sweet and wholesome.

One of the better trends to come from social media is one where owners lie in their pet’s dog beds to see what their reaction will be.

One woman decided to take on the trend and see how her 3-year-old border collie mix named Penny would react.

The two live in Alberta, Canada, and regularly go on outdoor adventures in the snow. Of course, they then like to come inside and cuddle up on the couch or in a warm dog bed. Penny usually has her own dog bed to herself so she wasn’t expecting her human to curl up next to her!

In the sweet video, you can see Penny’s reaction to having her favorite person lay down in her bed and it’s so precious.

While some dogs might not appreciate having to share their space, Penny was more than thrilled! She just wanted to be near her human.

Penny’s owner shared the video on Instagram, writing: “I decided to lay on Penny’s bed to see how she would react…”
