Catham City, a cat furniture company, just launched a Kickstarter campaign for an armchair that has a cat exercise wheel built-in.
Their latest piece is called the Loveseat and it combines a cat exercise wheel with the ease of the armchair. The Loveseat is designed to appeal to cats and owners equally.
According to the Kickstarter, the seat is supposed to allow the cat and its owner to “bond in a way that makes sense for both of you.”

In case you are curious, the creators have set a very reasonable goal to officially release the product. As long as they receive $20,000 by the end of May, the love seat will be made and they’re already almost there!
If their plans eventually come to fruition, the love seat would be made from beech wood and plywood with a biodegradable wax finish to ensure it’s as sustainable as possible.
This wheel is the best choice for cats that weigh up to 15 pounds but those who have larger cats can purchase an upgrade that would allow them to accommodate a 25-pound cat.
The Loveseat costs $450 for an early bed special, $499 if you decide to purchase the backers special, and you’ll only have to shell out $850 for a twin set of two Loveseats.
