Have you ever been in a situation that looked bleak only for things to turn around and work out in your favor? I bet we’ve all had at least one instance like that. It usually leads to a huge feeling of relief that leaves us feeling giddy because we know that the nightmare situation is over.

The same can sometimes happen for our animals – particularly, for stray animals who find themselves leaving behind really awful situations.

While they can’t vocalize it the same way as humans, it is still quite clear by their behavior that they are experiencing a huge flood of relief.

The rescue was alerted to Tina’s presence by a Good Samaritan who didn’t know how to help the dog, so she called in Love Furry Friends for assistance.

As soon as Tina was rescued, she couldn’t stop smiling. It is like she knew that she was finally getting a second chance.

Tina was taken in and given a bath and made all pretty before being given a medical assessment by the vet. It was concluded that she was about 1-2 years old.

Tina was then spayed and treated for parasites. The rescue cared for the sweet girl until she finally found her forever home.
