If you have a dog in your life, you realize that they have some very unique personalities. Although they may do things that you would expect out of a dog, they will also surprise you every once in a while.
Perhaps that is why we love them so much and we have a difficult time saying no when the chips are down.
Most people would agree that teaching a dog a trick or two is not that difficult but sometimes, it is the owner that gets taken to school. That was the case with the Golden retriever that is seen in the following video.
He just didn’t want to leave the park, so he decided to play dead.
Not only is it funny that the dog is throwing himself on the ground and refusing to get up, but it’s also incredible that he had no problem doing it in front of a crowd of people.

The dad is pulling the leash and trying to do what he can to coax the dog into leaving, but the dog isn’t having any of it.
It wasn’t long before everyone in the park was paying attention to what was happening in front of them.
The human dad even tries to walk away and trick the dog into leaving, but the retriever figured it out and was not on his feet for very long.
Eventually, the dog gave in and the crowd cheered him on as he walked off the scene.
