Two unlikely animal friends became fast playmates when they ended up across the fence from each other.

It all started when a husky was in his yard and a deer appeared on the other side of the chainlink fence.

While many people might assume the husky would bark and spook the deer off, that’s far from what happened.

As you can see in the video below, the deer was intrigued by the husky and the husky was intrigued by having a new friend!

The two began to run up and down the fenceline, chasing one another and playing. It was a beautiful moment and one that happened to be captured on film!

Since dogs are natural predators and deer are natural prey, it’s not often that they interact in such a positive way and it’s beautiful to witness.

The husky doesn’t seem the slightest bit aggressive and the deer doesn’t seem the least bit afraid! They both just act like they want to be together and play.
