According to an investigation by PETA, the automaker funded a crash test that used the bodies of at least 27 pigs. The Dallas City Council voted unanimously to ban the sale of dogs and cats in pet stores. The new ordinance will hopefully end puppy mills and encourage people to visit their local shelter and adopt.
