On September 22, Coconino County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) received a call about a small plane crash in Paria Plateau near Page, Arizona. The plane took off from San Martin, CA, and was headed to Paige airport but crashed just before making it to the destination. Upon arrival, CCSO confirmed the pilot, Jim Petersen, was dead.
