Virginia Beach SPCA Seeks Help After Rescuing 45 Dogs From Hoarding Situation

Virginia Beach Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (VBSPCA) posted a plea for help after taking in 45 dogs surrendered from a hoarding situation on the Eastern Shore. According to the rescue, over 100 dogs were living inside the home in deplorable conditions. “They are scared, dirty, and covered in fleas.
