Loki lived on a sheep farm in Romania, but since he wasn’t very good at herding, his owners punished him by chaining him to an old rusty truck and used him as a guard dog instead. Sinaloa Bans Bullfighting

Sinaloa becomes the fifth state in Mexico to ban bullfighting. A unanimous vote by the Congress of Sinaloa just removed a veto placed last April by former governor Quirino Ordaz Coppel, which allowed bullfighting to continue.
