Border Collie Leads Rescuers To Owner Who Fell 70 Feet In Remote California Forest
A border collie is being credited with saving his owner after he led rescuers to the injured man in a remote part of the Sierra Nevada forest. According to a Facebook post by the Nevada County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue, a 53-year-old man fell around 70 feet while out for a hike with his border collie and is believed to have broken his hip and multiple ribs.
