Man Arrested For Setting Dog On Fire After Her Story Went Viral

A suspect has been arrested and charged for covering a dog in gasoline and setting her on fire in Memphis, Tennessee. The pit bull, now named Riona, was found running down the road “screaming and on fire” on June 20.
