I have been a “crazy” cat lady most of my life, and my significant other knew that when we got together 16 years ago. At the time, I had six indoor cats. While it was clear the mother was trying to protect her baby, her presence was making it difficult for rescuers to step in and help free the calf. There is something special about living in the country. It gives you the opportunity to see things that most people would never even have the chance of seeing. This includes some very special animals, some of which may be under your care and others that just happened to wander through the property. In Australia, this was seen in a very special way with a deer named Rudie. He was only two days old when he was brought to a vet clinic, and he needed some assistance. Although he was a healthy animal, he was missing a front leg. Photo: YouTube/The...

Disclaimer: If you purchase items through links on our site we may earn a commission. Dog whistles are great for all types of training but are especially helpful for a rock-solid recall and various dog sports and activities. Woman Can’t Figure Out Why People Keep Staring At Her Dog

Dogs can be notorious for picking up random items along the road while out for a walk. I have a friend who has two little Jack Russell mixes, and they are forever picking up random stuff. In particular, they are little terrors when it comes to discarded food on the road. It’s like they have a radar for it, and the couple of times I’ve dog-sat them I’ve had to be very vigilant that they don’t end up eating anything.
