Sometimes we all need to take some time out of our day to just relax and chill. And no one knows the benefits of self-care quite like cats. Some people might see them as lazy, but in reality, they just know when to relax and unwind.

Of course, as we all know, cats aren’t necessarily ones to follow the rules. They tend to do things their own way. And that is exactly what one adorable little orange and white feline did when he took a nap right in the middle of the gravel ripples of a Tokyo zen garden.
The incident was photographed by Twitter user @syu9ji2 while at the Kuhonbutsu Jōshinji Jōdo Buddhist temple garden.
The photos were shared on Twitter back in September 2020. It is clear from the photos that the cat was quite relaxed and had zero fudges to give about potentially messing up the gravel patterns.
Just look at how he’s sprawled out on his back all comfortable – we should all strive to be this level of unbothered.
