You’ve probably heard of such animals as badgers, otters, ferrets, martens, minks, and wolverines, but have you ever heard of a stoat?
Well, apparently these little animals are a short-tailed weasel-like animal who belongs to the mustelids family of carnivorous varmints – including the other animals listed above.
They usually don’t grow very big, but when they’re babies, they are quite small and adorable!
There was one little baby stoat that stole hearts in a video. The little ermine had been abandoned by her mom at less than 4 weeks old.
The baby wouldn’t have survived on her own, but she was luckily found and taken in by Robert. He worked around the clock to care for the little baby Stoat and help her to grow stronger every day.
While Whisper was doing well under the care of Robert, there was one thing that was missing: companionship. Most stoats are born into litters of six to eight, meaning that she would’ve had siblings.

Sadly for Whisper, she was an only child under Robert’s care. But he didn’t want her to grow up lonely, so he decided to find her a little buddy, and that is how another baby stoat, Stuart, became a part of the picture.
Their initial meeting was so precious – it was as if they’d been best buds since day one.
