Bringing home a new puppy to the family can be exciting and fun, but also stressful.

It’s a big adjustment, after all, especially for the other furry friends in the house.

Sometimes, we bring home a new dog in hopes of getting our pups a friend, but it doesn’t always work out like we expect. Other times, however, we get a new dog because we want one and we’re ready for the commitment!

Either way, it can take a lot of planning, careful introductions and training, and a lot of patience. Sometimes though, it goes a lot better than we could’ve hoped and the new dog fits right into the family perfectly!

That’s exactly what happened with Dobby’s family. The Australian Shepherd had his owners all to himself, but they decided to welcome a new addition to the family: a tiny Australian Shepherd puppy.

Even dogs who are friendly to others can be a bit territorial when it comes to their space, but that wasn’t the case at all with Dobby! He instantly hit things off with his new little sister and they played and played!

In a sweet video shared with Rumble Viral, Dobby can be seen chasing the tiny aussie around the living room. It’s so cute!

There’s little sweeter than the bond between family, even adoptive family.
