Cats are pretty cute animals. One cat can come with an array of different personalities, which means you’ll never be short of laughter when you own a cat.

My own cat can go from super sweet to sassy psycho within seconds. It’s so darn adorable. But perhaps the best version of cats is the confused cat.

Anyone who has ever had a cat before knows that they can sometimes become confused by the silliest of things – and the facial expressions and body movements that accompany their confusion are always so hilarious.

For example, one feline was left confused by a baby. The striped kitty was massively baffled by the infant and what it wanted. As a result, a very sweet yet very funny video clip was born.

In the footage, you see a cat and a baby laying side by side on the infant’s bed. In typical cat form, nothing is ever off-limits to them. Well, in the video, the cat is somewhat asleep when the baby begins to wiggle around.

Naturally, this sets off the cat’s natural sense of bewilderment as it tries to figure out what the child is doing. But of course, the look on the cat’s face is pure perplexity. It doesn’t know what to do with the kid.

The baby also tries to grasp at the cat’s paw, leading the feline to become even more confused by what is happening. By now, the cat has fully woken up and is “sitting” back in the crib wearing the same expression any of us might have if aliens descended from the sky right now.

He really doesn’t know what to make of the baby trying to befriend him, and we think it’s absolutely adorable!
