Our ARF (Animal Rescue Fund) has limited funds available to help low-income pet owners with vet bill. Please see our Emergency Vet Care assistance page for more information or to see if you may qualify for medical financial assistance.

You will need to secure several contributions from additional organizations. Please know that each organization has its own application process. Many require financial documents to verify financial hardship. Most assistance groups do not reimburse you or make a pledge if the veterinary care has already been completed. It is best to contact each group and find out what their process is and to see if your case may qualify. Please note that no organization will cover 100% of the cost for your pet’s urgent care.

OC Animal Allies is not directly affiliated with any of the organizations listed here. This list of resources is provided for you as a courtesy. Applying does not ensure pledge approval or assistance.

OC Animal Allies is an independent, volunteer-driven, non-profit and is not affiliated with any other SPCA, including the ASPCA. We do not receive any funding from government or other agency and our operations are entirely funded by the generosity of our individual and corporate donors. With a continued focus on how best to serve the residents and animals in Orange County, our organization has developed innovative programs that focus on keeping animals out of shelters, and potentially euthanasia. Today, OC Animal Allies provides solutions for spay and neuter, emergency financial support, education and other resources. Our programs bring hope to Orange County pet owners who often have nowhere else to turn for help.
