You might be cool, but you’ll never be as cool as a cat.
Let’s be honest, felines just have an air about them that radiates confidence and coolness, and they know it too, which is why they will often be little show-offs – flaunting their natural abilities in our faces. Like climbing.
Cats are naturally agile, making them excellent climbers. Often times they will be able to climb things in a way that makes it look so effortless.
Take Lalah, for example. This little feline is a bouldering genius. For anyone who has gone to the gym and given the rock wall a go, you already know that it’s not the easiest task to accomplish. But Lalah makes bouldering look so easy, as shown in a particular video from the Boulbaka Bouldering Gym.

Lalah’s owner, Mitsuru Goan, is also the owner of the bouldering gym. When Goan found Lalah as a stray in Naha, Okinawa, Japan, he took in the little cat and made her the gym’s resident feline.
Lalah is a very sweet cat who is friendly and likes to get attention from the bouldering gym-goers. She is known to sometimes sneak into gym bags, so it is common practice for people to be warned to check their bags in order to ensure that Lalah doesn’t accidentally go home with someone else.
Lalah is quite energetic and enjoys climbing the gym’s 16-foot-high rope all the way to the top! While that in itself is an impressive accomplishment, nothing quite compares to the way she took on the rock wall.
But even more impressive is the fact that the video is Lalah’s first attempt at a climb. After watching gym goers day in and day out attempt to climb up the big rock wall, it seems that the little cat decided to finally show everyone how it’s properly done. And off she went!
It looks so easy when Lalah does it – no doubt everyone there is aiming to climb like Lalah!
