Let’s face it, dogs are awesome, and when we have one as part of our family, we do what we can to make them happy and comfortable.
Every so often, however, we hear about somebody who takes things to the next level and that is the case with Jonathan Lower.
Jonathan is a doggy daddy to his golden retriever, Teddy. He is also a TikTok user, known as @thehomeprojectguy. He decided to take on a unique project recently, spending more than $5000 to create the best doghouse for his furry best friend.
The video shows the space, which was carved out just under the stairs but has everything a dog could ever possibly need. It even looks like a real house, thanks to the stone façade and planks that look like a roof.

From the moment that you enter the house, you feel at home. Lanterns are on either side with a welcome mat that welcomes you to “Teddy’s House.” Once you get inside of the home, however, you see how amazing it is.
Inside the home, you will find a rug that partially covers some polished wood flooring. There is also a great bed on one side of the room and cupboards underneath.
Although the window is fake, it does give him something to look out of and there are framed pictures and houseplants inside.

The videos went viral, with millions of people watching them. The second video even answers some of the most common questions, such as “How do you get in?” and “Why a TV?”
It looks like I’ve got a ways to go to keep up with the Joneses.
