Humans love watching TV. And we all have our different preferences when it comes to TV shows. But we’re not the only ones – sometimes animals have their own TV obsessions, as viewers of This Morning found out.
Apparently, there is a 10-month old calf named Honey who has an obsession watching The Chase. How cute is that?
The sweet little calf was born via C-section on a farm in Cornwood, Devon in England. When Honey was born, she was quite weak. In fact, she wasn’t much bigger than the size of a terrier, which meant that it was too cold for her to stay outside.
In order to keep her from succumbing to the cold and dying, the tiny calf was brought inside to live with the Northmore family.

Even though little Honey began to get stronger and make a full recovery, she did get used to the indoor life and quickly acquired a certain standard of living. Part of this leisure lifestyle is binging episodes of the game show.
As one of the family members, 18-year-old Molly, has stated in an interview with This Morning, Honey loves to stand in front of the TV and watch the show whenever it is on TV. But it’s not just the noise from the TV that she likes, Molly did share that Honey has her preferences. She said, “She doesn’t like dark, more scary films.”
Molly further added that the calf will often be particular about what is on TV, and if she’s not into it, Molly has to switch the channel back to her favorite show, The Chase. Molly and Honey have a particularly close bond since Molly helped to rear her after the calf was born and she had been furloughed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking with the Daily Mail, Carolyn Northmore, who works at South Moor Vets, stated, “Molly took her under her wing and reared her. Molly didn’t give her a chance to die.”
When asked if Honey likes Loose Women, Molly said: “The other day she was in here and she wasn’t really interested in watching that so I had to put The Chase on. She just wasn’t really into it.”
