Three-Legged Mouse Adopted After a Hurricane

Pipsqueak came to us recently from Houston during Hurricane Laura as an evacuee on a flight along with 80 other pets. HSNT knew when we met Pipsqueak he would be an incredible addition to any family as he was sweet and so gentle. Having only three legs didn’t slow him down!

Sure enough, Pip found his forever love with the cutest little family ever. Pip will live out the rest of his life loved and cared for. We truly are thankful for our adopters and partners who help us create beautiful happy endings!

With the help of the wonderful staff at the shelter, we got her into my SUV to bring her home, and it definitely was not easy to get a 200-pound pig up into car. She has been a great addition to our farm. Thank you Huntsville Animal Services for all that you do!
