All pet adoption fees will be 50% off between April 5-8, 2024

To celebrate the 2024 Total Eclipse, Austin Pets Alive! will be hosting a “Pawth of Totality Adoption Special” by discounting all adoption fees by 50% on April 5-8 for cats and dogs at our two shelter locations and in foster homes.

The promotion will count down the days until the historic “Pawth of Totality” on April 8th and aims to encourage more people to provide a second chance to as many animals as possible. People can find new dog friends like Moonlight, or puppies like Solar Eclipse, NASA, Pawth of Totality, Moon, Sun, Orbit Astronomy, and Astrology Girlie. They can also adopt adorable kittens like Nightowl Creativity, Diamond Moon, at the shelter and in foster homes.

During the promotion, the 50% discount will apply to all animals at any location and in foster homes. Adopters of dogs and cats that have not been spayed/neutered will pay a $100 deposit that is refunded following the surgery. Some exclusions will apply.

Austin Pets Alive! is open from 12 pm to 6 pm daily. People can visit the main location at 1156 W Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78703, or the Tarrytown Adoption Center (Small Dogs and Cattery) at 3118 Windsor Rd, Austin, TX 78703.

Those not looking to adopt are encouraged to make a donation of $50 to APA!’s lifesaving efforts on their austinpetsalive.org/donate.
