Courtney (TikTok user @c_hillll) regularly fosters bunnies, but she recently brought home a new kind of foster animal: a guinea pig.
Reginald the guinea pig was making himself at home when the family cat, Delilah, decided to introduce herself.
Delilah is used to meeting the family’s foster pets, but she wasn’t so sure about a guinea pig.
Courtney shared a video of their first meeting on TikTok with the caption: “I think delilah prefers when we foster bunnies over fostering guinea pigs. poor Reginald… such a good sport.”
In the video, you can see the cat approach Reginald and for some reason, the guinea pig seems to have no fear.
Delilah gently swats at the guinea pig but the large rodent seems to be indifferent about the exchange.
It’s always interesting to see how different species get along. For Delilah, meeting a guinea pig was a totally new experience and she might need some time to adjust!
