When you have a cat in your family, you want them to be happy and healthy. We do our best to give the cat everything they could need, and at times, this may even mean doing something that is “for their own good.”

Having a cat means you sometimes must take the good with the bad. Some cats can be cranky, and others can do things that run against the grain.

One thing is sure, cats have a mind of their own, and they don’t mind walking down the wrong path.

That is what happened with Bentley. According to ViralHog, the four-year-old Himalayan is a brilliant cat a family got from a local rescue. The problem is, sometimes Bentley is too smart for his own good.

Bentley’s unique personality often is associated with food in some way or another. When food is cooking, he can’t resist.

This took things a step too far once when they were warming up some pizza in the microwave oven. He learned how to open the microwave and get the pizza out, and then it was impossible to keep Bentley out of the microwave.

They didn’t want to buy a new microwave because they had just recently purchased the one Bentley could get in. That is when they decided to put a child lock on the microwave, and Bentley was not very happy.

Even though Bentley wasn’t happy about the new child lock, he certainly was persistent. You can see it in this video. Let’s say they have a long way to go.
