A fluffy cat named Snowshoe was caught in the act of playing with snowflakes in the yard and it’s too cute!

The video was taken by the cat’s owner in White Cloud, Michigan during the first snow of the year.

According to ViralHog, the Snowshoe’s owner explained, “I was looking out the window during a snowstorm and I saw my cat, Snowshoe, jumping around. Luckily, I had my phone in my hand and immediately started recording.”

They added, “I’ve never seen her do this ever before. She is no stranger to snow, although it was the first snow of the year.”

Based on the video, it’s clear that Snowshoe’s name is quite fitting! A lot of cats aren’t the fondest of snow, cold, or anything wet. Snowshoe, however, lives up to her name’s sake!

The adorable cat can be seen jumping up to catch a snowflake, as a blanket of snow covers the ground. Michigan often gets heavy snowfall, but despite being used to the white stuff, Snowshoe acts like it’s her first rodeo.
