One of the joys of having a dog is when it greets you so excitedly whenever you come home!
Also, it fills you with happiness when your dog shows how much it loves you by wagging its tail and barking with glee.
Yes, we love the way our dogs express their affection for us and we never have to ask for reassurance of that loyal love.
But, it is a different case with Leo, a three-year-old dog who seems to be spending his life just snubbing everyone. Nothing you do will impress him, even if you give him his favorite food.
His face always wears this expression of being unimpressed. What is more, Leo’s passion is smooshing his nose on just about any type of surface like furnishing, glass windows, and door frames.
Many people find it funny. with one commenter on Instagram saying: “I love it! Pooch with personality. Humans best friend”
Others think Leo’s smooshed nose is cute.
But there are also those who are worried about this smooshing nose behavior, as one commenter sincerely expressed: “I wonder if the dog has sinus issues 🤷🏻♀️ and putting his nose up against something helps him breathe.”
Another person replied: “This can occur in dogs and cats of any breed or age, and can be a sign of damage to the nervous system, specifically the forebrain and thalamus (called prosencephalon disease), or toxic poisoning. Plz see a Vet asap and get the proper diagnosis and treatment. It’s Going to Be Okay!🙏🏼”
And a third commenter with similar concern writes: “Something is wrong. He is asking for help. Please don’t ignore him.”
Is Leo’s smooshing nose habit a natural dog behavior or a sign of respiratory illness? That is the question that has not been answered so far.
But his owner is proud to say that Leo has become a social media star!
Regarding Leo, the dog who is constantly unimpressed, should his celebrity status impress him?
