Can a cat love a dog with all of his heart, soul, strength? and brotherly patience?
Meet Teddy, an adult male cat. Then, there’s Albi the new puppy in town. From the first day they met, the two animals have been behaving like soul mates.
The reaction of her pets toward each other exceeded their owner’s expectations. The first meeting was marked with the usual sniffing from Albi’s part to get himself acquainted with Teddy’s smell to which he didn’t seem to find anything strange.
As for Teddy, he was still for some moments as the sniffing ritual went on. And then, both cat and puppy cast away their inhibitions and started to play like they have known each other all their lives!
Their pet owner was further surprised by the sweetest thing she has ever seen. Albi was snuggling next to her when Teddy approached. Then, the cat started to groom Albi as if the puppy were his baby brother.
This grooming habit since then has been shared by both, though most of the time it is Teddy who would lick Albi with indescribable kind of affection. Albi is more fond of playing with Teddy’s ears, biting them with playful ferociousness. It must be quite painful due to Albi’s small but sharp teeth, and yet Teddy would show him patience like a real big brother.
Playtime is also one of the happiest activities that the duo look forward to. Their owner takes Albi with her whenever she goes to work. But upon coming home, Albi would be seeking Teddy out and they would start chasing each other around the house. Thee would be playful biting of each other’s ears, wrestling, hugging, kissing, licking.
And when it comes to bedtime, expect these cat and dog to be dreaming together. Their owner has even placed several cat-and-dog beds around the house since the duo also love taking naps. And, as always, you will find these amazing animals inseparable even at sleep.
