Cats are funny creatures. They like to rule the roost and act indifferent about life, but sometimes, we get to see their expressive sides.

They may act like they don’t care most of the time, but every so often there’s a cat that wears his heart on his sleeve and really lets people know how he’s feeling.

Pixel is one such cat and his owner, Anne, is letting the world see his hilarious expressions on her TikTok account, @kittanne_pixel.

According to the New York Post, Anne, who is from Canada, adopted Pixel from a shelter when he was just 3 months old.

The two have been together ever since, and the now three-year-old cat is a regular feature on Anne’s TikTok account.

Some of her videos, in particular, have garnered a lot of attention and they feature Pixel’s candid reaction to the app’s cat-face filter!

In the videos, Anne uses the filter on herself while she holds Pixel in her lap. The poor cat doesn’t know what to think, but his expression screams “terrified.”

Of course, the videos are all in good fun and one of the clips even racked up 8.3 million views!
